1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by First Financial Credit Union, located at 4914 Union Way NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
This Promotion is intended solely for promotional purposes and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 10am Mountain Time on July 25, 2026 and ends at noon Mountain Time on August 15, 2026.
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of New Mexico who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, officers, directors, and volunteers of Sponsor
- Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, or in-law)
- Persons residing in the same household as any such individual
Credit union membership is not required for this promotion. If membership is required to claim the prize, no purchase or payment will be required to establish membership beyond standard eligibility requirements established by Sponsor’s field of membership.
Void outside New Mexico and where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter: Standard Entry Method
Eligible individuals may enter by scanning the appropriate promotional QR code and providing required information to complete the entry form. If information provided is found to be inaccurate, the entry may be considered void.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated entries, bulk entries, copied entries, or entries submitted by third parties are prohibited and may be disqualified.
5. Alternate Method of Entry
To enter without completing the standard entry method, hand print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5 card and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than August 10, 2026 and received no later than August 15, 2026.
Each mail-in entry will receive an equal chance of winning. No mechanically reproduced or automated mail-in entries will be accepted.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

Two (2) Live Nation tickets for a 2026 concert of your choosing
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $250.00
Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance or use.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 15, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
If:
- the selected winner cannot be contacted,
- does not respond within 3 days,
- is found ineligible, or
- declines the prize,
Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for failed attempts to notify a potential winner.
9. Verification and Prize Claim
Winner may be required to:
- Verify identity and eligibility
- Sign an affidavit of eligibility
- Execute a publicity and liability release where permitted by law
Failure to complete required documentation within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, hometown, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates these Official Rules,
- Tampers with the entry process,
- Attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or
- Engages in fraudulent or disruptive conduct.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claim, liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries
- Technical or system failures
- Electronic transmission errors
- Unauthorized intervention
- Printing or typographical errors
13. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor for administration of the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available at: privacy-policy.pdf
Participation in the Promotion does not automatically enroll entrants in marketing communications unless expressly agreed to by the entrant.
14. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in a state or federal court located in New Mexico.
15. Social Media
If this Promotion is advertised or conducted through social media, the following applies:
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, or any other social media platform. Participants release all social media platforms from any responsibility related to the Promotion.
16. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
