Use FFCU Online Loan Payments to quickly and securely make your loan payment using funds from another financial institution or with a MasterCard. Please note:
- A $7.95* convenience fee will apply for each payment
- A one-time payment or recurring payments can be set
- Payments made through this service before 6:00 pm will be applied on the same day. Payments made after 6:00 pm will post the following day.
- Express Pay Option is available

Never Forget Another FFCU Loan Payment!
PayPrompt TM Text Reminders is a service FFCU offers to our members to help you remember your loan payment due dates! PayPrompt TM will send you a text message reminder 10 days before your loan is due. Within the text message you receive, just press "Make a Payment". Anytime. Anywhere. We make it easy!
- There is no fee for this service!
- You can subscribe to Payprompt by by texting FirstFinancialCU to 32576.
- Make sure we have your current cell number on record.
- You will receive a reminder text 10 days before your loan payment is due, 3 days before your loan payment is due and 3 days after it is due. (Once payment is made, you will not receive the additional text reminders for the current loan payment.)
- You can make a loan payment by phone for $7.95 by calling the number included in the text.
- You can opt-out of PayPrompt text reminders at any time by replying STOP to any of the PayPrompt texts.
If you decide PayPrompt TM is not for you, you can opt out at any time.
