SFCU Online/Mobile Banking will no longer be available after Friday, August 29th at 4 p.m. SFCU members will be able to enroll in First Financial Credit Union (FFCU) online/mobile banking effective Tuesday, September 2nd. Please view the Online/Mobile Banking Enrollment tab below for more information.

Online/Mobile Banking Enrollment

Get Ready for your new digital experience with FFCU! SFCU online/mobile banking will no longer be available starting August 29 at 4:00 p.m.  Starting September 2, you'll log in with new credentials as an FFCU member. 

Your Membership Upgrade.

  • Starting Tuesday, September 2, register for online/mobile banking at and set up a new login as a FFCU member.
  • Use your current SFCU membership number to get started.
  • You will need to create new login credentials when enrolling in FFCU’s online/mobile banking for the first time.

These simple steps will ensure you have access to the latest tools, enhanced security, and a seamless way to manage your finances. Thank you for your patience and continued trust during this exciting time of growth.

How to Register for Online Banking with FFCU:

Once you click on the Register Now link. Review the online banking disclosure, check the box next to “I Agree,” and click “Continue.” Confirm your identity using the following required information:

  • Your 4, 5 or 8-digit member number (do not include any leading or trailing zeros, do not include any suffix or cross reference numbers).  Use your current SFCU membership number to get started. If you are unsure what your account number is, please contact our MRC department at (505)766-5600 and we will provide it.  
  • Your full Social Security Number or Tax ID (no spaces or dashes)
  • You’ll also need to verify 2 out of the 3 additional pieces of information:
    • Date of birth (Note: Do not use date of birth if the account is a trust)
    • Email address
    • Physical address ZIP code

6. Click “Continue” to proceed.

7. Choose your preferred method for two-factor authentication (2FA):  

  • Text
  • Automated call
  • Email

Note: Email is only available for 2FA during the registration process.

8. Create your unique username (alphanumeric only; no special characters such as “.”) and click “Continue.”

9. Create your password:

  • Must be 8–30 characters in length
  • Include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character

Until System Conversion is complete, SFCU members should continue to conduct transactions at SFCU branches only.

After System Conversion, members will have full access to the combined network of branches—both former SFCU locations and all existing FFCU branches. All current SFCU branch locations will remain open following the merger and will be rebranded with First Financial Credit Union signage, materials, and branding to reflect the unified organization.
