All First Financial Credit Union branch lobbies are closed. Drive thru lanes will remain open.

First Financial Credit Union's main priority during this COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak is the health and safety of our employees, their families and our members. Given that there have been several confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Bernalillo, Santa Fe, Socorro, and Sandoval counties, we feel it is in the best interest of our employees and our members to close our branch lobbies.

The drive thru lanes at our branch locations will remain open. We are offering extended hours in our drive thru lanes and Member Resource Center. Our drive thru lanes will provide full services, i.e., deposits, official checks, cash advances, money orders, loan payments, etc.

Our branches are and will continue to wipe down the drive thru canisters thoroughly throughout the day. In addition, branch staff will also ensure call buttons are disinfected regularly.

We encourage our members to utilize our electronic services by using online banking and bill pay at www.ffnm.org and our mobile banking by downloading the First Financial Credit Union App. We are also here to help you with teller transactions, mobile and online banking, loan payments and account questions by calling our Member Resource Center at (505)766-5600.

Below are our new extended hours in the drive-thru lanes and on Saturdays:  

Open Mon – Fri from 8:00am to 6:30pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm

Our Pinehill branch will remain open as it is in a remote area with a limited number of members. The hours at Pinehill will not be extended.

Our Member Resource Center representatives will be available at (505)766-5600 from 7:30am to 6:30pm Mon – Fri and 8:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday.

In an emergency, we will allow our members to make an appointment to access their Safe Deposit Box or meet with an employee, but we highly discourage this for the safety of our employees and members. If you feel you need emergency services with an FFCU representative, please call us at (505)766-5600. Member appointments will be granted on a case-by-case basis.

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak and will notify our members when we feel it is safe to re-open the branch lobbies. We thank you for your patience and appreciate you as a loyal member. We wish you and your families health and safety.
