Boardman Branch Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Is my money safe at the Boardman branch?
A: Yes, your money is still safe and can be accessed at any other First Financial Credit Union branch, ATM or shared branch location.
Q. How/When will I be able to access my Safe Deposit Box?
A: The contents of your Safe Deposit Box are fine. If you would like to access your safe deposit box, please contact our Member Resource Center. They will contact the branch manager who will call you back and set up a time for you to meet and access your box.
Q: Where do I go if I need to do a loan?
A: You have several options for doing a loan.
• You can call and do a loan over the phone by calling 1-800-342-8298.
• You can visit our Mesa View branch. All of the normal member service representatives from both Boardman and Mesa View will be there to serve you, or click below to apply online.
Q: Will the Mesa View branch hours be extended while the Boardman branch is closed?
A: Mesa View will have extended hours on Thursday, June 1st and Friday, June 2nd to support high traffic on those days. We will be open from 8 am to 7 pm. The branch will also be staffed with additional tellers and member service reps from our Boardman branch.
Q. When will the Boardman branch reopen?
A: The estimated reopen time frame is 4 months or late September. In the meantime, you can visit our Mesa View branch located at 1383 N Hwy 491, Gallup NM 87301. The hours of operation are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am to 6 pm on Friday and 8:50 am to 1 pm on Saturday. The drive-through opens at 8:00 am. We are also currently looking into potential options for a temporary branch location near the current Boardman Branch. We’ll provide more information as we know it.
Q: Why is the Boardman Branch closed?
A: Unfortunately we had a small electrical fire. None of our employees were hurt but the branch has some damage that will take some time to repair.
