FIRST LINK ONLINE BANKING

Current System Information
View your account information, transfer funds, pay bills and much more through First Link online banking.  It's safe and easy to use.  Click here for FAQs on this service, or see the general information below.

To be able to access your accounts online, you will need your credit union member number and your 4-digit First Link/First Line PIN. (If you can't remember your PIN or don't have one, call our Telephone Assistance Center at 766-5600 or 1-800-342-8298.) To log on, go to our Web site at www.ffnm.org and click on the Online Banking link at the top of the page. You're then taken to the login screen, where you enter your member number and your PIN/access code.  The first time you log onto online banking, you'll be taken to some disclosure information, which you'll be asked to agree to.  The next time you log on, you will go straight to the account page (you won't see this disclosure info again).

Once you agree to the disclosure, you're taken to the main screen, which gives you a quick overview of your accounts and their current balances. If you click on one of your accounts, you're taken to more information on that account, including its transaction history.  You can even view copies of your cleared checks (checks which have cleared within the last 90 days).  Just click on the check number link to see a copy of your cleared check. You'll also see additional account options on the left hand side of the screen.    

The bar along the top of the screen shows the different sections of the online banking system. For example, click on "Transfer Funds", and you're taken to the transfer screen (note the transfer options along the left hand side of the screen).

Have a checking account?  You can use our online bill pay service to pay your bills -- and it's a free service!  You access the bill pay service through First Link online banking.  Click here for FAQs on online bill pay. 

eStatements are here!   Now you can view your monthly/quarterly credit union statement online, conveniently and securely.  Best of all, it's FREE!  Click here for more information on this service.  To log on, click on the eStatement link next to the online banking link at the top right corner of this page (first time users:  be sure to click on "First time users" link on the log-in page).
